The individual right to training

Synthesis
The individual right to training (DIF) is to enable every employee to provide a credit of 20 hours of training hours per year, accumulated over six years to a maximum of 120 hours. The initiative to use the training acquired rights belongs to the employee, but the implementation of the DIF requires the consent of the employer the choice of the training. The training takes place outside of working hours unless otherwise conventional and is supported by the employer under special arrangements. The DIF is a right to the employee, it is free or not to use it. If it decides not to use it, can not ask for financial compensation to the employer for time earned and not used.
